THE INNER CITY CLASSIC RIDE IS ON
Sept. 19, 2020
If you're looking for a USA Cycling-sanctioned, real-life ride in Central Arkansas, you're in the right place. The Inner City Classic has been approved by the Arkansas Department of Health and will take place in 2020.
In order to comply with Arkansas Department of Health guidelines, we will be limiting registrations to 120 riders to insure that we can all enjoy a group ride while staying safe. Because we are one of only a few live rides in Little Rock for 2020, we expect to reach that limit fast, so register while you still can!
This ride has something for every rider:
- 20 miles for beginners or those that just want to cruise
- 40 miles for those looking for a weekend challenge
- 64-mile metric century route up Wye mountain for the adventurous.
This is a great ride for a great cause as 100% of your registration fee goes towards sending students from Little Rock's inner city neighborhoods to Young Life Summer Camp.
Update: We have reached our maximum capacity! Registration for the Inner City Classic is now closed.
If you missed out this year, don’t worry! You can still register as a virtual rider or sponsor a camper on our Bike Reg page. Whatever you choose to do, we hope you keep us in mind and join us on next year’s ride!
The Inner City Classic will take place on Saturday, September 19th, 2020.
We will depart from and return to the Rail Yard at 1212 E. Sixth Street. See start times by route distance below. After the ride, lunch will be provided by Count Porkula on the Rail Yard's spacious, outdoor patio.
This is a fully supported ride, with easy to follow route signs, rest stops, and traffic control.
This annual event helps raise funds to send kids to the best week of their life at Young Life camp.
