THE INNER CITY CLASSIC RIDE IS ON
Sept. 19, 2020
If you're looking for a USA Cycling sanctioned, real life ride in Central Arkansas, you're at the right place. The Inner City Classic will take place in 2020.
In order to comply with Arkansas Department of Health guidelines, we will be limiting registrations to insure that we can all enjoy a group ride while staying safe. Our cap will be 100-200 depending on final approval from ADH which we expect to get before August 17.
This ride has something for every rider:
- 20 miles for beginners or those that just want to cruise
- 40 miles for those looking for a weekend challenge
- 64-mile metric century route up Wye mountain for the adventurous.
This is a great ride for a great cause as 100% of your registration fee goes towards sending students from Little Rock's inner city neighborhoods to Young Life Summer Camp.
BIG is not always better! Because we are small, we can still be safe. Come join a small, safe, in-person real cycling event. Because we are about the only live ride in Little Rock for 2020, we expect to sell out. Grab a friend and sign up now.
The Inner City Classic will take place on Saturday, September 19th, 2020.
We will depart from and return to the Rail Yard at 1212 E. Sixth Street. See start times by route distance below. After the ride, lunch will be provided by Count Porkula on the Rail Yard's spacious, outdoor patio.
This is a fully supported ride, with easy to follow route signs, rest stops, and traffic control.
This annual event helps raise funds to send kids to the best week of their life at Young Life camp.
Registration is now open online and will close at midnight on 9/17. There will be no on-site registration the day of the event.
Fees: only $40 in advance, or $50 after 9/13 - includes a t-shirt, swag bag, pre-race coffee, lunch, and a beverage.
REGISTER SOON SO YOU DON'T MISS ONE OF THE AREA'S ONLY LIVE CYCLING EVENTS WHEN WE REACH MAXIMUM CAPACITY.
